You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the phone number provided. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, you will receive a confirmation SMS message, and you will no longer receive messages from us. Should you wish to rejoin, you can simply send another service request through the same SMS number.

5. Carrier Issues
